Whenever legislators endeavor to take away and destroy the property of the people including but not limited to God's free medicinal pain killing plants and seeds, or to reduce chronic pain patients to painful lives and slavery under arbitrary power and bullshit drug laws that put the world's drug cartels in the most lucrative business industry in world history, they put themselves into a state of war with God and the American handicapped people in chronic pain who need God's plants described throughout the Holly Bible to kill their pain so that they can have life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness promised and bragged about in the U.S. Constitution who are thereupon absolved from any further obedience to the U.S. Federal and State Governments.
